Goblin II by *EtherealProject is a brilliant 3D model come to life. The wrinkles and folds of the skin are carefully crafted and combined with the shader and texture work, could be mistaken for a photo.

Description
This is the second and final version of the Goblin.
I reworked the eyes, the nose and many other facial features. I thought the original version didn't look quite the part, so I decided to age him a lot more.
The skin color texture was poly-painted in ZB by hand (no texture sampling used).
Rendered in ZB using BPR.
Composited and color corrected in Photoshop.
Original low-rez mesh modeled in Maya 2010: 3,592 polys
Sculpted, textured, polypainted and rendered in ZBrush 4: 58.5 million polys

Looks like someone I once with so long ago. May not have looked like much, but he had the knowledge on making machines function correctly.
